Fast and kind response!

My experience of customer service a while back was superb: I was on a ship and couldn't understand why I wasn't able to get into my account. It was all about time differences and my phone not updating... Anyway, customer service were brilliant, even though I felt a bit stupid when it was explained! Reviewed on: 17th March 2026
