Avoid. Poor, slow customer service

I reported a potentially fraudulent use of my debit card and froze my card before the payment had gone through. I flagged this up with Kroo who actually allowed the payment to go through and then told me that the amount could not be recovered. Shame on Kroo. Reviewed on: 18th March 2026
