Does exactly what it says on the tin.......

The customer service at Nationwide is exceptional. Whenever I have had issues with my current account, they have always been able to help and have given the illusion of being happy to do so! The flex account does exactly what it says on the tin. The interest rate is very good for a current account, charges for overdrafts are not extortionate and it so easy to get money out from cash machines. I know I can earn 'cashback' or other incentives for switching my current account to another back, but honestly, given the service I have received over the last 15 years, I have no desire to move my account.....unless things drastically change of course!
