Building Horoly with Revolut Business

As the founder of Horoly Ltd, a UK-based startup building a video-first luxury watch marketplace, choosing the right business banking partner was critical from day one. Revolut Business stood out immediately, not just as a bank, but as a platform designed for modern companies. The onboarding process was refreshingly efficient. As a newly incorporated company, I expected friction, delays, and excessive paperwork. Instead, the KYB process was structured, transparent, and surprisingly fast. Communication was clear throughout, which gave me confidence early on that I was dealing with a team that understands startups. What makes Revolut Business particularly valuable is how well it fits the way modern businesses actually operate. The interface is clean, intuitive, and built for speed. Whether managing payments, tracking transactions, or organising finances, everything feels streamlined and accessible, even when handling things on the move. For Horoly, where we are preparing to operate globally, the multi-currency capabilities are a major advantage. Being able to hold, send, and receive different currencies without friction removes a huge operational headache and positions us to scale internationally from the outset. Another standout is the level of control. From team access to spending visibility, it feels like a financial command centre rather than a traditional bank account. This is especially important when building a company where clarity and control over cash flow are essential. There is also a clear sense that Revolut is built with founders in mind. It aligns with how startups move, fast, digital-first, and globally minded. Compared to traditional banks, which often feel outdated and rigid, Revolut feels like infrastructure for the next generation of businesses. Overall, my experience with Revolut Business has been extremely positive. It has removed friction at a stage where focus should be on building, not battling banking systems.
