Kroo Bank is brilliant.

Kroo Bank is brilliant. Not only does it have a good interest rate on its current account, but when I used the chat section to talk to someone about a fraudulent transaction the representative was excellent. He sorted my issue immediately. There was no chatting for ages to a BOT. I was very impressed compared to some banks, where I’ve had to wade through mud to get to speak to someone.
