It's easy to use but there are downfalls.

It's easy to use, support is good. The main benefit to my business is being able to transfer worldwide. Starling for example doesnt have the full list of countries this is why i switched. Downfalls is that you cant scan in a cheque on the app like traditional banks. Another downfall is that you have to be on a paid plan to use savings pots which i think is kind of outrageous for a business banking plan, businesses saving for tax need to move money aside. So for this reason i am considering leaving to another bank. £30 a month to be able to save money is totally counterproductive. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026
