Glowing gorgeous HAPPY

It “abound-undantly” clear that they really do keep you in mind and not just for monetary gains. I’d like to dig deeper on that but it’s personal. Their customer service crew ARENT robots!! Shocking I know… however speaking to someone who is REALLY present in the room with you. Total comfort and ease when talking to them. Haha I’ve once had a full blown conversation with a lady who carried on talking at the start of her break. When I found out I was mortified and scolded her - in a funny fashion. She laughed I laughed we parted ways. You know, just sometimes, when nobody is in the mood to deal with financials that day, they leave you feeling lighter and fresher mentally. Never had that from any other loan company before. Always so stiff and mundane. Not these guys. If I could work for them I’d move in a heartbeat! I also love the fact I get reminder messages a week before they’re due to take it. For me that’s extremely helpful while I’m juggling this circus I live in. The app is also handy too. Everything is informative and seemingly transparent between me as a customer and them as a business. Excellent all round!! Reviewed on: 9th April 2026

I’m always getting a reminder text that Abound are a...

I’m always getting a reminder text that Abound are about to take their money in a couple of days. Handy for me because I move my money where I need it to go. With the demands of today’s day n age, remembering everything is tricky at the best of times. I believe I’ve spoken with a CSA once, I can’t fault them. First impressions are always important and so far, I’ve got literally nothing to grumble about. They’re informative, helpful, they take their time and what’s more, their rates are more than reasonable. Yes, I’d say, if you’ve gotten into a pickle these are by far the best company to be with.
