Exemplary customer service

I’ve had a mortgage with Suffolk since 2022. I’ve just renewed my mortgage for the second time. The customer service I’ve recently received and throughout the last four years has been exemplary. They always reply very quickly with the upmost professionalism and they are always friendly. I’ve banked with my different banks over the years and I can firmly say that they are one of the best.
