A bank that treats customers like full people

I love knowing that my money is invested ethically, that the fees are reasonable and transparent and there to make the business model of ethical banking sustainable, never to rack up profits for an elite few. I feel valued in every interaction I have ever had with Triodos, treated with dignity and care. Too often I can feel like I become a number when dealing with businesses, but I always feel that I am treated as a full a person when I interact with Triodos. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
