Fantastic Ethical Bank

Triodos have a banking app which is simple and easy to use. Also, recently, I have £400 spent from my account fraudulently, and Triodos resolved it immediately. As soon as the money left the account, I rang them up. They talked through what happened with me, arranged a replacement debit card, put £400 back into my account, and investigated the matter. They were really kind and reassuring as well. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
