Great app, web and customer support. Weaker on rates

The new brand and app refresh is great. App is easy to use, great customer support, and value the ethical principles, strongest in these 3 areas comped to coop and nationwide. Only let down is low interest rates, doesn’t have to match nationwide & coop, but being within 0.5% for 1 product would make me keep all my savings here instead of partial Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
