ethics & exemplary customer care

when i first opened my current account with triodos, i was excited to be able to choose a bank with strong ethics. i have to admit that i was a bit trepidatious, though, about doing everything through an app/the internet (still am, for various reasons); but everything has been seamless - from switching to triodos to sorting out any problems that arise. i've always had a quick response & resolution from customer care. truly, i have never been more content with a bank (& i'm not a massive fan of financial institutions).
