My experience.

I Have been supported by Triodos bank for many years, even before it even had a current account it helped the small school we were founding. in fact without its help we would not have survived. The school was dedicated to bring its education to anyone no matter what their income. A difficult task in England for a school not funded by the state or the very rich. I have been a customer since it began having current accounts and found that they really listened to my needs and responded to them as best they could. I am now 75 and recovering from a brain tumour and the only place they have fallen down is that I have great difficulty reading their chat communications because of their small size of print.
