Superb treatment all round!

Apart from the ethical investments, which for me are extremely important, I have always found the customer service with Trios outstanding and as an 80 year old man who doesn’t always understand the technology or the processes to find my way through them. The people at customer service have ALWAYS given me very helpful and friendly service in helping me find my way, and unlike other banks, have never once talked down to me or made me feel foolish for not understanding something. I have always been treated in a friendly way, BUT always with respect! Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
