Triodos Telephone Help and Advice service.

Unlike many online bank accounts, Triodos provides a particularly good telephone advice and help service. I am an old woman in my eighties with very poor eyesight and close to zero digital abilities. I often phone Triodos for help with digital problems connected with my current account, and receive almost incredibly patient help. One woman spent nearly all day successfully helping me install the Triodos Bank App. "I think we have victory!" she said, finally. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
