Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. The agents helped me with the process of setting up a Stocks and Shares ISA using the proceeds from an existing ISA with another provider. I had to ask them specific questions though, about the somewhat confusing process. Perhaps, to be fair to Triodos, this was because of government regulations forbidding a provider from encouraging a customer to invest in a particular financial product. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
