Initially problems.

Initially problems setting up one of the two accounts despite doing both on line one after the other. Called c/s but "help" wasn't fully satisfactory. Overly complicated setting up of security settings and use of their words ie pass code, password etc didn't help. Eventually sorted. Other banks have additional security but easier to set up.
