A bank that tells you how it works!

Communication on line is very good, customers know who is helped by their money and the reasons. Staff are always helpful and well informed on the telephone. Some potential customers may be put off by the monthly £3 fee - less than a cup of coffee - and the zero interest on current accounts but this must be balanced with the sustainable approach of the bank's policies Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
