i am 80 years old and i sometimes need help from a real person. triodos people have always gone beyond what i expected and have been supportive and helpful in solving my queries. i have never encountered any difficulty when i did use the online system. i support triodos's ethos and ethics and am happy to have a way to do banking that aligns with my values.
