Soooo nearly 5 star!

Everything was fantastic, the rate was excellent, the ease of application was great, customer service fab. My only things, which were a pain, and not necessarily fair to lose a star for. But personally I’d prefer an app to manage the loan instead of just a website, and the main thing, was having my card linked as a payment method, I’d much have preferred a Direct Debit, then (with an app) or on the website I could have increased payments to make regular overpayments.
