Abound gave me a loan when nobody else would!

Abound gave me a loan when nobody else would, even my own banks turned me down. The rate was very reasonable and the money was in my account same day. The loan came in very handy. I am really grateful to Abound for giving me a chance and saying yes even though my credit rating wasn’t great. I had an issue with the first repayment, basically my bank didn’t allow the payment to be taken from the card. Abound informed me straight away by text and I called and spoke to someone in UK. This is so refreshing since a lot of companies seem to be contracting their call centres to outside UK. Issue was resolved immediately after I made payment. I logged into my account and changed the main payment card to a different provider and left the other card as a back up card. Overall a positive experience. 5 stars. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
