terrible telephone customer service at ISA maturity.

terrible telephone customer service at ISA maturity. apparent new online system that was not functional 11 days before maturity. no workaround. had apparently posted the renewal notice 18 days before maturity, arrived 11 days before maturity date. Multiple telephone security questions (8 in total!) akin to data harvesting. 50 minute call left me in a worse position than when I made the call. I had requested that the call transcript be processed as a complaint but received no confirmation that this was being done. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026
