Easy process but interest could be better

I recently used Abound for a personal loan and overall my experience was quite positive. The application process was quick and straightforward, and I received a decision much faster than expected. The app was easy to use, and everything was clearly explained, which made the whole process less stressful. One thing I really liked was how transparent they were about repayments and terms, so there were no surprises later. The customer support was also helpful when I had a query. However, the interest rate was slightly higher than I hoped for, which is something to keep in mind. That said, for the convenience and speed, it was still a good option for me.
