Always helped when needed

I have been an AA member for years and now have a joint membership with my husband. I always find the renewal quote very high but when I call up they will reduce it to the new customer rates. When I have called the patrols out I have found then knowledgeable and professional. I really like the AA app for my phone that lets me track where the patrol is and the rough ETA for it. Helpful and competative

I have had my car insurance with Hastings for about 8 months now and during that time changed my car. This process was easy to follow (there was a fee, i think £25, to change my details but unfortunately that tends to be standard now). The revised quote was still competitive and i got the new documents through by email very quickly. Reviewed on: 26th August 2015
