Generally positive just one minor issue

Generally positive, the only negative I've experienced was that one of my first payments showed a late fee despite the payment coming out on the date mandated by Abound. This issue was reversed before I noticed, and when I raised with customer services they told me nothing was needed from me and the error had already been corrected so didn't impact my credit score etc. They proactively handled the issue and customer service were quick and helpful.
