I have had an easy experience from the beginning. The application process was quick and easy, the interest rate was competitive and the loan was paid into my account quickly. I have not had any cause to contact customer services (a bonus in itself), but other communication has been good, and I appreciate the reminders about reverifying the open banking link before it's due, as this is absolutely something I would forget to do.
