I have had nothing but a good experience since opening my Vanquis card. Second to none customer service always on hand to help me out when I couldn’t remember my password I got a friendly person who was only too happy to have helped and at end of the call there was always a “have a good day” Reviewed on: 19th May 2026

I have had brilliant experiences due to satisfactory customer services when I have had to call and get info about my account. When my payment is due etc. I always receive a text to let me know when payment is due which helps make sure money is in bank Reviewed on: 13th April 2026
