Aviva must be the worst company I have dealt with in...

Aviva must be the worst company I have dealt with in the whole of my 80 years. I have been trying to cash in and close a bond I have held since 1998 since January this year. Blatant lies false promises and poorly trained call handlers who all say something different. Emailed the CEO in desperation but still no money.
