Don’t do as they say they will do.

Don’t do as they say the will do. Several deals tried to be placed with Recognise however Lending Manager didn’t seem to tell the underwriting team the full story or he didn’t understand the deal. I’m not sure what else I could give. Their support staff were good in particular Steven and Alex and they explained in more detail what credit were looking for. She was a pleasure to deal and if it wasn’t for her, I’m not sure some of the deals would have completed. Sadly they let their support staff go so recognise are no longer a lender of choice.
