Katie nails it - and no waiting

I had to ask for help by phone this morning, as I was unable to transfer money into our new account online. Katie McKnight of the Troon branch solved the problem in a courteous, friendly and patient manner and stayed with me as I did the transaction online. It may come as a surprise to customers of other banks to learn that I was connected within two minutes of calling. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026
