Very good service.

Very good service. Very good customer service. Only thing to change is when a payment fails and you msg asking for payment to be made but when it is paid you still take the DD a few days later. That could hurt people's finances. When it happened to me I wasn't offered a resolution I was asked if I wanted to complain. As it wasn't an issue for me it wasn't a concern but for future reference you really should rethink how you communicate this to people. Apart from that I would definitely recommend abound.
