Quick, helpful and friendly customer service

Needed to reset a password etc online and was having difficulty; Audrey Smith was very helpful and sorted it out for me. It's good that SBS still has a UK call centre and that it is staffed by Scots - as you'd want with a Scottish building society! Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
