Customer Service and Digital Banking

Triodos Bank has always provided me excellent customer service. A year ago my card stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. I contacted Triodos over the phone and they very quickly and clearly explained what could be the problem and ordered me a new card. There wasn't a long wait time to get on the call either. Additonally, their web and app interfaces are clear and easy to use. As a previous customer of NatWest and Monzo I found their websites/apps either very dated or filled with bloat and clutter. Monzo has slowly added features over time that I find useless and very difficult to hide. Triodos however has only improved their online experiences with non invasive updates that only make it easier to digitally bank. Clearer interfaces, comprehensive FAQs and even a section to show how my banking is helping sustainability projects over the country., Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
