Excellent customer services from Hinckley & Rugby.

Excellent customer services from Hinckley & Rugby. Rang previously and they were very responsive, polite and addressed by issue. Had a second follow up query that I emailed them about and they rang me back literally within 2 mins. Jennifer understood the issue and it was resolved quickly. She also explained what I needed to do and what documentation they wanted from me. Can really praise them enough to be honest! Thank you. Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
