AVOID IF YOU"RE A HUMAN BEING

I think your accounts department are far too over enthusiastic about non payment of £3 which on that day I didn't have access to even £3 for my insurance premium. Instead, nasty default letters are sent to me. I'm just so furious that my renewal has already gone through but with ovrrbearing practises like this I desperately want to have no more to do with this bullying giant. Surely, as a disabled pensioner living on scraps whilst all of you sit in superiority because you have an income. It's a sad state of affairs when I don't even have £3.58 in my bank to pay you. Think about it. Tell your insensitive accounts person to stop and think that this might push someone over the edge. A default notice? Seriously? For £3. It's unacceptable, it's unbelievable and probably cost more than that to send a letter or leave a voicemail saying we're sorry you're experiencing difficulties but just a nudge to say your payment is overdue. You have no idea. But, I promise you, for the sake of other customers I will take this to the very top. Also, online reviews, and I will not stop until YOU stop threatening and intimidating over £3.
