Been with 118 118 for years, still get charged a monthly fee of £ 8/12/ 15.???? Still no increase in my £250 limit which is demeaning, and its easy to go over limit. Just keep the account as I'm getting my credit rating repaired after the covid-19 and the sad loss of my wife to Breast Cancer in April 2022. This company is a sad, cheap absolutely "LOUZY." and iv re- branded it "" 1-1- 3rd rate." and I'm being very "Gentleman." and generous with 3rd- rate ......INCREASE MY CREDIT LIMIT YOU CHEAP- CHIPPIES." Dont worry I "PROMISE NIT TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY WITH A LITTLE INCREASE..... Reviewed on: 27th March 2026
