Good Competitive Rates

Have been with Halifax mortgages for 3 years now after originally taking out a 2 year fixed rate, when the time had come that my fixed rate was over a quick call to customer services later and I had been offered the lowest rate around for another 2 year contract and they even rushed the paper work so it would be processed before that months payment so it would be reduced. Great Customer Service

I changed to M&S current account last year after a great offer of £125 gift voucher for joining, overall I would say they are very good and have a good customer service. However I do find it very frustrating that they don't have a proper banking app, and you need to use the small calculator type device to log in - this makes checking your balance slow and tedious.
