. This is to Keira I explained that I have ADHD and that dealing with the various codes and verification steps required by other building societies has been difficult for me. I was anticipating having to apply online and was relieved to find that this was not necessary. You were extremely helpful in managing the process in a way that worked for me, and I appreciate that.
