The agent was friendly, helpful and engaged.

Early reporting (online) of my recent spend transactions failed to provide an appropriate level of detail so I was unable to check the report. However, one quick call to an agent who was clearly engaged and motivated to help (rather than close the call as quickly as possible) provided me with further details and the the reassurance that all was in order.
