A refreshing alternative to the usual big banks

I found OakNorth via Martin Lewis' website and I was initially cautious (with them not being a well known name), but they’ve been consistently straightforward and reliable. The rates are genuinely competitive, and everything just works without the usual big-bank hassle. A refreshing change, to be honest. Reviewed on: 1st April 2026
