Went into Lutterworth branch this am to open an Isa. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff member, Natalie, was extremely patient with me because I had a lot of questions. I knew what I wanted but the staff were not pushy or persuasive to get me to buy. Their explanations were very clear and gave me all the information I needed to make my own mind up. I'm going back next week to open next year's isa. Thank you to all the staff. X Reviewed on: 1st April 2026
