Excellent Customer Service,

If you make a telephone enquiry it's easy to get through to speak to someone without a lot of menu options. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I can't fault their service. Reviewed on: 11th June 2017

You can speak to someone without endless menu options and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend First Direct for their customer service. Reviewed on: 6th February 2017
