Sold my dead mothers jewellery...

Honestly I cannot belive the situation regarding this business. My mum passed with a loan. Spoke to them and had an agreement not to sell the goods for me to purchase from them when all paperwork was available. Instead they sold it and immediately scrapped it, also claiming we still owed them money. I obviously complained and instead of working for a resolution they have treated me, my family and thus the estate with complete disrespect. Don't trust this company, from my experience they are very poorly organised. My experience was in Bridgend. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2026
