Absolutely Incredible Customer Service

The customer service for Lendable has been absolutely incredible. I have been financially struggling for a long time now, and could not afford my payments even the minimum ones. The customer service team showed me so much compassion, kindness, support, understanding and empathy. They always helped me and gave me breathing space, time outs, extended payment plans, minimum payments, and never ever made me feel judged. They are always so kind, which is extremely rare when it comes debtors/loan people. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2026
