Amazing service

I opened bank accounts for my children when they were very young so money could be paid in by family. My family wanted me to withdraw the money in time for their birthdays However I hadn’t updated my address and wasn’t able to do anything until this was done. Clare helped sort all the paperwork out and managed to get all the checks done and approved in a couple of days. When I went back to withdraw the money Clare and Karen managed to do all off this in a quick amount of time amazing service from both members of staff Reviewed on: 5th April 2026
