Paypal - Fair, Clear and Professional

Their terms have always been very good. When I have had to deal with them by telephone the call receiver at the other end has always been clear in what they are saying and in plain English. They make certain that any terms agreed are always manageable and not too taxing in your current circumstances and speak in a very pleasant and uplifting way. Thei email communication is never over-burdening and always informative. They have a simple, clear interface on their website which makes it easy to see and understand where the various elements are and making payments is very easy and pleasant as a result. Paypal - Positive, Clear and Friendly

Paypal have been very communicative and positive throughout my experience with them. Their letters have been concise and in plain English and their contact via email has been necessary and to-the-point. Their terms ahve always been good and they minimise any pressure you might feel under at any time.
