I took out a Platinum credit card to transfer balances from other cards. I found the process extremely easy. The App is user friendly. I can easily control my account online. Barclays send out weekly balance and monthly payment reminders. The other best thing is unlike other credit card companies they renew the balance transfer offer each month.
