Whenever I have had an issue with a purchase and needed a refund it has been sorted out very quickly. I have spoken to customer service a few times and find they are always polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

It’s easy to use, the times I have had a problem it is dealt with efficiently. The only downside is I just want to talk to someone I don’t want to go through a Bot thing or anything else when I have a problem. Reviewed on: 6th April 2026
