Paypal cover needs Work.

Ive had purchased issue where ive complained to paypal because you are supposed to offer buyers protection i complained and Paypal went in sellers favour within 24 hrs despite all my evidence, so I complained to sellers head office they agreed with me and issued me a refund this experience happened twice the other was a hotel been not fit for purpose afaud I provided proof plenty of evidence again Paypal took the side of the hotel again I complained to head office they agreed again give me full refund and a gesture if good will. So why did Paypal take the hotel establishment side when they was in the wrong. I Still purchase through paypal infact all the time but if I am paying for a service I use klarna there protection us spot on also use just my credit card i wont buy a service through PayPal the customer service is terrible. Paypal is Safe, easy to use & rewarding

Ive been with paypal since they first started in uk, and now I use their credit service which I have 100% score with them ive never missed s payment using PayPal pay in 3 option I had 100s of plans, I also have paypal credit that too is convenient and ive never missed a payment paypal is easy safe way to pay and they reward you too. Paypal protection doesnt exist in i had paid for a service that I never received, I turned to paypal because I paid using papaya, payal said " the company said you received the service case closed, despite me providing proof paypal do not have their customers backs.
