M&S current account offers a 6% regular saver, competitive forex rates, and a voucher for switching.

After looking around for a regular savings account I was drawn to the M&S current account which provides access to a 6% savings account (for one year at least). At the time I was applying for the current account they were also offering a £125 M&S giftcard for switching a current account to them. Santander provides a safe home for our savings in a Santander 123 Current Account.

With savings accounts interest rates so low we took the plunge and opened a Santander 123 Current Account. Opening the account online was straightforward, and the only effort on our part was meeting the minimum monthly payment requirement and the required minimum of 2 Direct Debits - the DDs were chosen by us to raise enough in cashback to meet the monthly £2 account fee.
